We are an older HOA of 48 condos. We needed quick repairs due to leaks from the last couple storms. One Stop was, again, very prompt and did an excellent patching and repair work for us. We have used them to reroof two of our buildings last year and they were professional, thorough and cleaned up well afterwards. At this point I don't think we'd consider using another roofer for our needs. Definitely five stars!
Alex came and looked at a leak we were having in our roof. He inspected the roof for leaks and damage and corrected what we believe to be the problem. He and his son were courteous, communicative, and respectful. Excellent work. Would definitely work with them again.
The roofing over my laundry room failed due to ice dam, which leaked under roofing causing water to leak through the ceiling and down side wall in room. I contacted Mr. Lopez regarding leak in roof on Saturday morning, about 1 1/2 hours later he came to my home to inspect, found roofing was installed incorrectly by last owner. He first patched site so he could return when temperature near 50 degrees. No leak so far. Looking forward to higher temperature when he will remove leaking roof and install appropriate roofing for flat roof over laundry room .
One Stop Roofing and Alex were extremely flexible and helpful. He made adjustments and saw me same day as I called. He educated me about my roof and didn't push an agenda that would charge me unnecessarily. He did a fantastic job and would recommend him 11 out of 10 for anyone who is considering using One Stop Roofing.
This is for a repair/replace job on some roof vents. Alex responded quickly, gave a fair estimate, came and did the job the next day and was polite and helpful with our questions
Alex was so quick to respond and reseal the flue pipe on our roof. I contacted him on a Thursday and was able to come out the next day. Quick, great pricing, and did excellent work. We'll definitely be contacting him again for the next time. Thank you!
